Film Poster: Toronto Film Challenge

The Toronto Film Challenge is a local film competition run by Lifeforce Entertainment. It is the largest film competition of its kind in Canada going into its fourth year, and has prompted the creation of 275 short films made by over 2500 filmmakers. The TFC holds three events a year challenging filmmakers to create a film in only 24 or 48 hours using specially created 'challenge packages', containing a number of inspirational requirements.

Founded in 2004, the TFC and its sponsors have given away over $150k in prizes to winning filmmakers, along with custom made statuettes, and secured an international distribution deal with Ouat Media Inc. Over the course nine events, the TFC has seen on-going support from a variety of local and national sponsors as well as 27 industry professional judges who select the winning films. Lifeforce Entertainment is pleased to continue the Toronto Film Challenge into 2008.
