Creative Meeting
Done over the phone or in person at our studio, the initial objectives of this meeting are to draft the concept for your video, including the length, shooting requirements, background selection, delivery method, and timeline for the project.

Script Development
At this stage you’ll write your script for production, which you'll send to us prior to the shoot for storyboarding and planning.

Shoot
On the scheduled shoot day you’ll arrive at our studio and go through your script with the director. We'll set everything up while you visit with our stylist. We'll then begin shooting in front of your selected backdrop or set. The entire process usually takes no more then an hour depending on length of your video.

Post Production
This stage occurs after the shoot is complete and can take anywhere from 12 hours to three weeks, depending on the complexity and length of your video. Here we edit and arrange all the footage. Once we’ve completed a draft, we'll encode a private copy for your approval. We’ll then make the necessary adjustments from your notes and finalize the sound design, color correction and output.

Encoding and Delivery
Once the video is complete, we’ll encode two files for you to download. One is a high resolution file of DVD quality. The other is a lower resolution file, perfect for online video sharing.
