The dates for the Spring 24-hour Toronto Film Challenge have been announced.

• Challenge Kickoff - April 26, 2008
• Challenge Dropoff - April 27, 2008
• Screening - May 2, 2008 at the Bloor Cinema, downtown Toronto

Team tickets go on sale March 24th with 30 spots available. Each filmmaking team of 8 will have 24-hours to write, shoot, and edit a short Action/Adventure film. Prizes and awards will be presented at the Bloor Cinema to the top three films as selected by our industry judging panel. We’re expecting some fast action shorts, so if you’re in Toronto and have access to any or all of the following:

• camera
• fake gun
• car
• cool sound effects
• pyrotechnics
• comfortable running shoes
• karate skills
• other stereotypical action items

You need to be part of the Challenge.
