It’s here. Exactly one year after LifeforceTV launched, version 2 of the site launches today. Featuring 3 new shows, the network is now home to 13 original Canadian series. You’ll notice that we’ve simplified the interface and removed the membership system. In in place is larger, higher quality video and an easier to navigate interface.
We’ll be actively adding new shows in 2010, and will continue to seek out the best Canadian web series on the internet.

We were running a webtv meetup in Toronto for a while in 2009, and we’re planning to start it back up in 2010, but i encourage other webtv creators in other cities to start one of their own and tell us about it.

It’s great to see Canada getting into original online video content, and web shows. There really should be monthly meetups like TubeFilter.tv’s Hollywood Web Television Meetup. Possibly Hollywood North Web TV Meetup?!
It’s up to us all to help grow the online video space in Canada.
